June 10 | Ease Into Summer: Gentle Movement, Meditation + Sound Bowls w/Sarah Hudson

Summer brings a natural sense of joy, movement, and outward energy. This experience blends slow, supportive movement, calming meditation, and the restorative resonance of sound bowls. Designed for all adult ages (18+) and experience levels, this practice creates space to unwind and come back home to yourself, reconnecting with what matters most.

 

June 17 | Summer Dreaming: Create Your Vision Board w/Sarah Hudson

Step into the energy of summer with creativity, clarity, and a little bit of dreaming! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll be guided to reflect on what you want more of in this season: how you want to feel, what you want to experience, and what truly matters to you right now. From there, you’ll bring it to life through a personalized vision board using images, words, and intention. Come ready to dream, create, and leave with something that feels uniquely yours.

 

June 24 | 2026 | Nature & Poetry Walk w/Terri Smith - Rain or shine!

“Pay attention. Be astonished. Tell about it.” - Mary Oliver

Come join us for a 1.5-mile nature walk in the Cape May Point State Park with planned stops to reflect on poetry by Pulitzer Prize winner, Mary Oliver. This American poet is known for her thought-provoking poems about nature. She threads themes of hope, discovery, and wisdom that will stir your imagination and inspire you to stop, look, and listen. You may be inspired to write your own poem.
