HALCYON
SIGNATURE COACHING
​​The Halcyon Signature Coaching Program is a 3-month journey designed to help you move from a place of disconnect towards clarity, inspiration + freedom.
WHAT TO EXPECT
After a free discovery call, we'll meet bi-weekly for virtual sessions where we explore the topics below, customized to meet your desired goals. Sessions are created using professional training from ACT & Brown University, 400+ hours of leadership and development coaching experience, yogic wisdom, and personal integration. Based on new awareness discovered in our sessions, we'll create customized reflection + exercises for you to integrate between meetings. Access to me in between sessions for the duration of the program.

Sarah leverages Leadership and Performance Training through ACT & Brown University's School of Professional Studies, yogic wisdom through 200h and 300h Yoga Teacher Trainings, 11+ years of corporate experience in Accounting & Finance and Leadership & Development, as well as her own personal experience and integration to help clients achieve new perspectives and desired outcomes.
After a minimum of 8 sessions, Private Coaching clients often experience more clarity, confidence, empowerment, inspiration, connection, fulfillment, accomplishment, success, and well-being.
Sarah offers Halcyon Signature Coaching as well as 1:1 customized coaching sessions (minimum of 4) that bring focus to your specific needs and goals.
